We ask that you provide us with a 24-hour cancellation notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your tan.
In the event that you cannot provide us with a 24-hour notice, you will be required to pay a late cancellation fee of $25.00
Also, in the event that you become a no-show, you will be charged in full for the amount of your service that you booked to the card that is on file with us.
We do require a card on file at all times, therefore at the time of booking, you will be asked to add a card to your profile. If there is no card on file, you will receive a phone call from one of our staff members to ensure that one is loaded to our system. We require this information in case of late cancellations or no-show appointments, in which we will charge your card either a $25 late cancellation fee or the full amount of your service should you be deemed as a no-show.
Please make sure that the package you purchase is exactly what you want because there are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on services purchased or rendered, regardless of the situation.
You may not transfer any unused sessions or packages purchased to anyone.
If you purchase a package other than an unlimited package or membership, you will have 1 year from the date of purchase to use all sessions. If your package is exhausted and you do not use all of the sessions, you forfeit the remaining tans.
